Brief Description of the Project

The structure of the caretaker’s house had been severely damaged by a fallen tree during a typhoon in August 1998. The Trust had therefore granted a sum to support the renovation of the old vicarage. Refurbishments included concrete roof repairs and waterproofing, external brick wall repairs, internal fitting-out, air-conditioning, electrical re-wiring, plumbing, draining and fire service, etc. An external ramp in matching bricks was added to provide easier access to the playground. The project was completed in September 2001.
