Brief Description of the Project
Dr Poon Sun-wah’s project is a research of the history of quarrying in Hong Kong. The project involves literature review, data collection, interviews with persons from the quarrying industry and analysis of relevant records, archives and books in order to record and study the development of the industry between 1840 and 1940.
