Heritage Talk: Old Villages and Cultural Landscape of Kowloon Peninsula
To promote heritage preservation to the general public, a heritage talk titled “Old Villages and Cultural Landscape of Kowloon Peninsula” was held on 2 November 2013 at the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre which attracted the attendance of more than 160 members of the public. With detailed illustrations, Prof Cheung discussed the issues of city development and local heritage preservation which was well received by the audience.
