Grants are allocated for the promotion of the objectives of the Trust to preserve and conserve the human heritage of Hong Kong. Invitation for applications for grant will be issued through the press and this website. All applications must be fully completed and signed by the applicant or duly authorized person of the organization. The completed application forms should be forwarded to the following address:

    For applications sent by fax or e-mail, applicants are requested to send the original of their application by post as well together with any printed information related to the proposed project, as such information can assist the Council in assessment of the application. Applications, attaching all the required documents and materials, should reach the Secretariat of the Trust on the prescribed form on or before 30 January 2009.

    All applications will be vetted by the Council and applicants will be informed of the results in writing. The decision of the Council shall be final.
